为了提高晒晾烟种质的育种利用价值,以马里兰烟、TN90、湄潭大蛮烟、巴斯玛、青梗和永胜晒烟为父本(P1)与6个烤烟品种K326、Va116、NC82、G70、红花大金元、H80A 270-2为母本(P2),按 NC Ⅱ设计组配成36个杂交组合,探讨质体色素的杂种优势表现,并对各亲本自交系的一般配合力和组合的特殊配合力进行分析。结果表明:1)6个晒晾烟品种中,除类胡萝卜素外,其余质体色素含量的一般配合力方差均达到显著差异,即存在显著的加性效应;6个烤烟品种一般配合力方差不显著;组合的特殊配合力方差达极显著或显著水平,即各组合基因型效应同时受加性和非加性效应影响。2)杂种优势因性状及杂交组合的不同呈现出较大的差异,4个性状群体平均优势大小顺序为叶绿素 b>总叶绿素>叶绿素 a>类胡萝卜素,群体超亲优势除类胡萝卜素外均表现为正向。综合各个性状的杂种优势和配合力来看,红大×TN90、G70×TN90、Va116×湄潭大蛮烟是较好的组合,Va116、G70、TN90及巴斯玛是较好的亲本。
為瞭提高曬晾煙種質的育種利用價值,以馬裏蘭煙、TN90、湄潭大蠻煙、巴斯瑪、青梗和永勝曬煙為父本(P1)與6箇烤煙品種K326、Va116、NC82、G70、紅花大金元、H80A 270-2為母本(P2),按 NC Ⅱ設計組配成36箇雜交組閤,探討質體色素的雜種優勢錶現,併對各親本自交繫的一般配閤力和組閤的特殊配閤力進行分析。結果錶明:1)6箇曬晾煙品種中,除類鬍蘿蔔素外,其餘質體色素含量的一般配閤力方差均達到顯著差異,即存在顯著的加性效應;6箇烤煙品種一般配閤力方差不顯著;組閤的特殊配閤力方差達極顯著或顯著水平,即各組閤基因型效應同時受加性和非加性效應影響。2)雜種優勢因性狀及雜交組閤的不同呈現齣較大的差異,4箇性狀群體平均優勢大小順序為葉綠素 b>總葉綠素>葉綠素 a>類鬍蘿蔔素,群體超親優勢除類鬍蘿蔔素外均錶現為正嚮。綜閤各箇性狀的雜種優勢和配閤力來看,紅大×TN90、G70×TN90、Va116×湄潭大蠻煙是較好的組閤,Va116、G70、TN90及巴斯瑪是較好的親本。
위료제고쇄량연충질적육충이용개치,이마리란연、TN90、미담대만연、파사마、청경화영성쇄연위부본(P1)여6개고연품충K326、Va116、NC82、G70、홍화대금원、H80A 270-2위모본(P2),안 NC Ⅱ설계조배성36개잡교조합,탐토질체색소적잡충우세표현,병대각친본자교계적일반배합력화조합적특수배합력진행분석。결과표명:1)6개쇄량연품충중,제류호라복소외,기여질체색소함량적일반배합력방차균체도현저차이,즉존재현저적가성효응;6개고연품충일반배합력방차불현저;조합적특수배합력방차체겁현저혹현저수평,즉각조합기인형효응동시수가성화비가성효응영향。2)잡충우세인성상급잡교조합적불동정현출교대적차이,4개성상군체평균우세대소순서위협록소 b>총협록소>협록소 a>류호라복소,군체초친우세제류호라복소외균표현위정향。종합각개성상적잡충우세화배합력래간,홍대×TN90、G70×TN90、Va116×미담대만연시교호적조합,Va116、G70、TN90급파사마시교호적친본。
In order to further strengthen the value of sun-cured tobacco germplasm breeding,six tobacco varieties (Maryland、TN90、Meitan big smoke、Basma、Qinggeng and sun-cured Yongsheng)and six inbred varieties (K326、Va116、NC82、G70、big red、H80A 270-2)hanging out smoke,designed by NC Ⅱgroup dubbed 3 6 hybrid combinations.The plastid pigment heterosis was explored,while each inbred lines of GCA and SCA portfolio were analyzed.Results:1 )Six varieties of tobacco hanging out GCA,the plastid pigments (carotenoids except outside)of the GCA variance were significant differences,there were significant differences in additive effects.In the six flue-cured tobacco varieties in the GCA variance was not significant;combination of SCA variance was highly significant or significant,the combined effect of genotype kept by both additive and non-additive effects.2)Heterosis hybrids existed different characters and showed a big difference,the order of four traits population was:chlorophyll b> total chlorophyll>chlorophyll a > carotenoid group. Hpb outside except carotenoids were expressed as positive. Comprehensive various traits Heterosis and Combining ability of view,big red × TN90、G70 × TN90、Va116 × Meitan big smoke were pretty good combination;Va116、G70、TN90 and Basma were the better parent.
