针对车道被占用对城市道路通行能力的影响，根据所给条件，运用数据统计、车流波动理论等方法，分别建立了道路实际通行能力模型和速度-密度模型，使用了Excel进行求解、作图，进而给出了不同车道被占用时道路横断面实际通行能力的变化过程和差异，以及给定条件下车辆排队长度与事故横断面道路的实际通行能力、事故持续时间和路段上游车流量之间的关系式。

As to impact on the urban road capacity on the condition of lane being occupied, this paper used the method of data statistics, traffic flow wave theory to establish actual road capacity model and speed-density model according to the given conditions. Then, it used Excellto solve, map, and give the change and difference of the actual road capacity on cross-section when different lanes are occupied. Finally, it got the relation equation between vehicle queue length and three other variables including actual road capacity, the duration of the accident, and the upstream traffic flow on cross-section under the given conditions.
