化学类课程，尤其是烹饪化学是烹饪类专业教学中重要的基础课程，是烹饪技术可持续发展的重要前提之一，但很多开设有烹饪类专业的高校普遍不重视对化学类课程的教育，不理解化学类课程开设的意义。文章就化学类课程教育在广西区内烹饪专业教学实施中存在的问题与解决方法进行初步的探讨。

Chemistry courses, especially cooking class teaching chemistry is an important foundation courses. Cooking is one of important prerequisite for sustainable development .But many open cooking class professional colleges generally do not focus on chemical education courses ,do not understand the significance of chemistry courses offered .Preliminary discussion paper on questions and solutions in chemistry class culinary education teaching curriculum implementation exists in the Guangxi region.
