目的：通过研究内服方剂治疗寻常型银屑病的组方规律，进而揭示近年来中医内服方剂治疗寻常型银屑病的用药特点。方法：通过查阅及整理近十年内服治疗寻常型银屑病的方剂260首，将方中药物进行功效类别、五脏归经及五味统计，并统计各单味组方中药的使用频率。结果：清热药、补虚药和活血化瘀药是其主要部分或基本组成，治则上以清热、养血、活血为主。结论：血热内蕴、血虚、血瘀为寻常型银屑病的主要病机，内服方剂治疗寻常型银屑病的组方原则多为清热、养血、活血。
