目的:研究加味丹参饮对心肌缺血再灌注损伤(IRI)鼠心肌细胞CD34+蛋白表达及心功能的影响,以探讨其对骨髓干细胞动员作用及心肌 IRI保护作用机制。方法大鼠120只,分IRI造模后7 d、14 d和28 d三个时间段观察,每个时间段40只大鼠,随机分为假手术组(A组)、IRI组(B组)、重组人红细胞生成素(rhEPO)动员组(C组)、加味丹参饮组(D组)和加味丹参饮联合动员组(E组),每组8只。采用免疫组化法检测CD34+蛋白表达,B超检测心功能。结果与 rhEPO 动员组和加味丹参饮组比较,加味丹参饮联合动员组CD34+蛋白表达和心功能明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论加味丹参饮联合动员骨髓干细胞可以提高心肌 IRI鼠干细胞动员作用,提高心功能,从而对 IRI心肌具有保护作用。

목적:연구가미단삼음대심기결혈재관주손상(IRI)서심기세포CD34+단백표체급심공능적영향,이탐토기대골수간세포동원작용급심기 IRI보호작용궤제。방법대서120지,분IRI조모후7 d、14 d화28 d삼개시간단관찰,매개시간단40지대서,수궤분위가수술조(A조)、IRI조(B조)、중조인홍세포생성소(rhEPO)동원조(C조)、가미단삼음조(D조)화가미단삼음연합동원조(E조),매조8지。채용면역조화법검측CD34+단백표체,B초검측심공능。결과여 rhEPO 동원조화가미단삼음조비교,가미단삼음연합동원조CD34+단백표체화심공능명현승고(P<0.05혹P<0.01)。결론가미단삼음연합동원골수간세포가이제고심기 IRI서간세포동원작용,제고심공능,종이대 IRI심기구유보호작용。
Objective To study the effect of Jiawei Danshen decoction (JDD)on the expression of CD34+ protein and heart func-tion of rats with myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury (IRI),and therefore to investigate the potential mechanisms of JDD on myo-cardial (IRI)and bone marrow stem cells(BMSCs)mobilizating.Methods One hundred and twenty rats were randomly divided into 7 d,14 d and 28 d duration after making model of IRI.Forty rats were randomly divided into 5 groups with 8 rats each group in period of time:Sham operation group(group A),IRI group(group B),rhEPO group(group C),JDD group(group D),joint group(group E). The expression of myocardial cells CD34+ protein was observed by immunohistochemistry.The heart function was observed.Results And rhEPO mobilization and JDD group Compared with group C and group D,the heart function was significantly improved and the expression of CD34+ protein was increased obviously in group E(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion JJD of joint mobilization of bone marrow stem cells can improve the myocardial IRI rat stem cell mobilization effect,can increase heart function.The results might display the potential mechanisms of JJD on myocardial IRI.
