目的：观察低分子肝素治疗新生儿弥散性血管内凝血（ disseminated intravascular coagulation ，DIC）的疗效。方法对32例确诊的 DIC患者在积极治疗基础疾病的同时，予低分子肝素100IU/Kg皮下注射，2次/d，隔12h1次．观察出血状况及凝血酶原时间（ PT）、活化部分凝血活酶时间（ APTT）、纤维蛋白原（Fbg）、D-二聚体、纤维蛋白（原）降解产物（FDP）、3P试验、血小板（Plt）等指标。结果治愈28例，显效2例，无效2例，总有效率93．7％；PT、Fbg、Plt、D-二聚体、FDP和3P试验治疗后较治疗前有明显改善（P＜0．05），无一例应用低分子肝素后出血表现加重。结论低分子肝素治疗 DIC 安全有效，副作用小。

목적：관찰저분자간소치료신생인미산성혈관내응혈（ disseminated intravascular coagulation ，DIC）적료효。방법대32례학진적 DIC환자재적겁치료기출질병적동시，여저분자간소100IU/Kg피하주사，2차/d，격12h1차．관찰출혈상황급응혈매원시간（ PT）、활화부분응혈활매시간（ APTT）、섬유단백원（Fbg）、D-이취체、섬유단백（원）강해산물（FDP）、3P시험、혈소판（Plt）등지표。결과치유28례，현효2례，무효2례，총유효솔93．7％；PT、Fbg、Plt、D-이취체、FDP화3P시험치료후교치료전유명현개선（P＜0．05），무일례응용저분자간소후출혈표현가중。결론저분자간소치료 DIC 안전유효，부작용소。
Objective To observe the effects of low molecular heparin in the treatment of neonatal disseminated intravascular coagulation effect .Methods On 32 ca-ses of DIC patients in the active treatment of underlying diseases at the same time ,treated with low molecular weight heparin subcutaneous injection of 100IU/Kg,2 times/D,every 12h1 times.Status and prothrombin time of hemorrhage(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),fibrinogen(Fbg),D-dimer,fibrinogen(former-ly)degradation products(FDP),3P test,platelet(Plt)and other indicators.Results 28 cases were cured,2 cases markedly effective,2 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of93.7%;PT,Fbg,Plt,D-two,FDPand3Pdimertestaftertreatmentthanbeforetreatmentsignificantlyimproved(P<0.05),andnocaseoftheapplicationoflowmo-lecular weight heparin after hemorrhage increased.Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of DIC is safe and effective,less side effect.
