目的:检测CD44基因mRNA在结肠癌组织中的表达。方法:收集25例明确诊断的结肠癌组织及其相应癌旁组织,提取总RNA并逆转录成cDNA。采用Real-time PCR方法检测CD44基因在结肠癌组织和癌旁组织中的 mRNA水平。结果:CD44基因在结肠癌组织中的含量明显高于癌旁组织( P <0.05)。CD44基因与患者的性别( P =0.804)、年龄(P=0.592)、分化(P=0.443)、淋巴侵袭(P=0.525)、静脉侵袭( P=0.592)、肿瘤大小( P=0.592)和病理分期( P=0.824)等因素无关。Kaplan-meier生存曲线分析显示CD44基因与结肠癌患者预后具有显著相关性(P=0.041)。结论:CD44基因mRNA在结肠癌组织中表达异常升高,提示CD44可能与结肠癌的发生、发展有密切关系。

목적:검측CD44기인mRNA재결장암조직중적표체。방법:수집25례명학진단적결장암조직급기상응암방조직,제취총RNA병역전록성cDNA。채용Real-time PCR방법검측CD44기인재결장암조직화암방조직중적 mRNA수평。결과:CD44기인재결장암조직중적함량명현고우암방조직( P <0.05)。CD44기인여환자적성별( P =0.804)、년령(P=0.592)、분화(P=0.443)、림파침습(P=0.525)、정맥침습( P=0.592)、종류대소( P=0.592)화병리분기( P=0.824)등인소무관。Kaplan-meier생존곡선분석현시CD44기인여결장암환자예후구유현저상관성(P=0.041)。결론:CD44기인mRNA재결장암조직중표체이상승고,제시CD44가능여결장암적발생、발전유밀절관계。
Objective:To determine the expression of CD44 gene mRNA in colorectal cancer. Methods:Twenty five colorectal cancer tissues and matched normal tissues were collected by surgery,total RNA extraction and reverse transcription into cDNA. The levels of CD44 mRNA were detected by using Real-time PCR. Results:The levels of CD44 mRNA were higher in cancer tissues than that in normal tissues(P<0. 05). High CD44 expression was not as-sociated with sex(P=0. 804),age(P=0. 592),differentiation(P=0. 443),lymphatic invasion(P=0. 525),venous invasion(P=0. 592),tumor size(P=0. 592)and pN category(P=0. 824). CD44 expression was associated with sur-vival rate of the patients with colorectal cancer by using Kaplan-meier survival curve analysis(P=0. 041). Conclu-sion:Abnormal high CD44 mRNA expression was observed in colorectal cancer tissues,which suggest that there was association between CD44 and the development of colorectal cancer.
