目的:检测乳腺癌及乳腺良性病变组织中hMAM-mRNA表达水平并探讨其表达特点及临床意义。方法:应用聚合酶链反应( PCR)技术检测hMAM-mRNA在15例正常乳腺组织及15例乳腺增生组织中的表达情况。同时检测60例乳腺癌组织中hMAM-mRNA的表达。分析与肿块大小、年龄、腋窝淋巴结转移情况、免疫组化情况、病理学类型、肿瘤分期的关系。结果:正常乳腺组织中hMAM-mRNA阳性率33.33%(5/15),乳腺增生组织中阳性率53.33%(8/15),乳腺癌组织中阳性率83.33%(50/60)。60例乳腺癌患者中hMAM-mRNA表达与患者年龄、肿瘤大小、临床分期及淋巴结转移无关,与患者ER、PR、Her2状态无关。结论:hMAM-mRNA在乳腺癌组织中高表达,有可能成为乳腺癌微转移检测的分子标志物。

목적:검측유선암급유선량성병변조직중hMAM-mRNA표체수평병탐토기표체특점급림상의의。방법:응용취합매련반응( PCR)기술검측hMAM-mRNA재15례정상유선조직급15례유선증생조직중적표체정황。동시검측60례유선암조직중hMAM-mRNA적표체。분석여종괴대소、년령、액와림파결전이정황、면역조화정황、병이학류형、종류분기적관계。결과:정상유선조직중hMAM-mRNA양성솔33.33%(5/15),유선증생조직중양성솔53.33%(8/15),유선암조직중양성솔83.33%(50/60)。60례유선암환자중hMAM-mRNA표체여환자년령、종류대소、림상분기급림파결전이무관,여환자ER、PR、Her2상태무관。결론:hMAM-mRNA재유선암조직중고표체,유가능성위유선암미전이검측적분자표지물。
Objective:To explore hMAM-mRNA expression in breast cancer tissue. Methods:Using polymerase chain reaction( PCR)technique to detect hMAM-mRNA in 15 cases of normal breast tissue and 15 cases of hyper-plasia of mammary gland and 60 cases of breast cancer,and the relation with tumor size,age,axillary lymph node me-tastasis,immunohistochemical situation,pathological type,tumor staging. Results:In normal breast tissue hMAM -mRNA positive rate was 33. 33%(5/15),hyperplasia of mammary gland organization positive rate was 53. 33%(8/15),in 60 cases of breast cancer tissues hMAM-mRNA positive rate was 83. 33%(50/60). 60 cases of patients with breast cancer in hMAM mRNA expression and patient age,tumor size,clinical stage and lymph node metasta-sis,has nothing to do with the state of patients' ER,PR,and Her2 positive correlation. Conclusion:hMAM-mRNA expression in breast cancer is high,hMAM-mRNA maybe used for the detection of micrometastases in breast cancer tissue.
