大型引水泵站一般都在引水渠道或管道的尾端配备了蓄水水库,它们对水泵的实时供水量及供水压力无特别要求,水泵效率最高才是这类泵站方案优化设计的目标。依据泵站试验运行时SCADA系统的数据记录,采用插值计算得到水泵抽水转速区间内任一点的扬程和效率,然后采用遗传算法搜索实际扬程变化时抽水转速区间内任一转速下的工作点对应效率的最大值,该值对应的转速即为优化转速。结果表明:在实际扬程偏离设计扬程较大时采用插值计算和遗传算法进行转速优化能有效提高水泵效率;实际扬程偏离设计扬程越大,转速优化对水泵效率提高越显著,当实际扬程偏离设计扬程差值达到16.96%时,效率提高值达到2.17%。

Larfe water pumpinf stations always have reservoirs at the end of the water channel or pipe,so they have no special requirements for the real-time water supply and water pressure,so the hifhest efficiency is this kind of pumpinf stations′optimization obJective. Accordinf to the testinf da-ta records of the SCADA system,we fot the pump head and efficiency in the pumpinf speed ranfe by usinf the interpolation calculation,and then searched the operatinf points in the pumpinf speed ranfe when the actual head chanfed,the max value of efficiencies correspondinf to these operatinf points could be fot. The speed correspondinf to this value was the speed which was needed. The results show that when the deviation between the ac-tual head and the desifn head reaches a certain value,the interpolation calculation and fenetic alforithms can effectively improve the pump efficiency. The deviation value between the actual head and desifn head is freater and the speed optimization to improve the pump efficiency is more sifnificant. When the deviation value between the actual head and the desifn head reaches 16. 96%,the increased efficiency value reaches to 2. 17%.
