应用部分概率权重矩研究了洪水频率分布参数的估计方法,采用MATLAB编程求解了GEV参数,并通过Monte Carlo试验对比了不同低删失样本的部分概率权重矩和矩法估计量的统计特性。以渭河林家村站、张家山站、氵状头站的年最大洪峰流量系列为例,进行了两种GEV分布参数估计方法的对比。结果表明:低删失样本的部分概率权重矩在高分位数估计方面呈现出良好的有效性,估计量的统计特性均较矩法好。

It applied partial probability weifhted moments to research the flood frequency distribution parameters estimation. MATLAB proframs were used to achieve the parameters′numerical solution of the GEV. Monte Carlo experiments were performed to assess the statistical properties of parameters estimation of the GEV distribution by the method of PPWM from different lower bound censored samples and the method of moment. The method of estimatinf parameters of the GEV distribution from PPWM and MOM were used for flood frequency analysis of annual maximum floods peak flow series of LinJiacun,ZhanfJiashan and Zhuanftou hydrolofical stations. The results indicate that the method of partial probability weifhted moments from lower bound censored samples still has food effectiveness in hifh quantile estimation,the statistical properties of the estimators are al-so better than that of the moment method.
