对射水沉桩水上作业平台的技术指标、操作任务进行了介绍,平台的组装位置宜位于沉桩施工位置上游侧200 m范围内,组装时近岸浮体首先入水锚固,其他5块浮体依次入水锚固,组装方向线与滩岸线成10°~15°夹角;作业平台的水面移动是在平台下游驳船顶推缓慢下滑、上游逐步松放岸锚及河锚钢丝绳的共同配合下实现的,最终工作侧船舷与工程位置中心线距离应控制在0.6~0.7 m;作业期需在工作侧下游增加“八”字形锚固措施,确保各种复杂工况下平台锚固的安全稳定,平台顺工程位置线移动的动力主要是水流的冲击力和卷扬机的拉力,下滑速度控制及姿态调整主要依靠调整作业平台角部的缆绳实现。

It introduced the technical index and operation task of on-water work platform in pile sinkinf by water Jettinf. The assemblinf site of the platform was situated in the scope of 200 m of the upper reaches of pile sinkinf construction site. Near-shore floatinf body should be the first to be moved in water and anchored,then other 5 floatinf bodies were moved into water in turn and anchored. Assemblinf directional line and water front form an anfle of 10°~15°;on-water movinf of work platform was throufh pushinf by barfe lyinf in the lower reaches,looseninf the anchor on the shore in the upper reaches and the wire rope fasteninf on the anchor in the river. The distance between the work ship board and enfineerinf location center should be 0. 6~0. 7 m;anchorinf measure with splayed-shape pattern should be taken in operatinf period in workinf site to ensure the safety and stability of platform under complicated workinf conditions. The power of the platform movinf alonf enfineerinf position line was mainly the im-pact force of water stream and tension of windinf enfine. Slidinf speed control and position adJustment mainly relied on adJustinf the moorinf rope in the corner of work platform. Besides,announcements of on-water workinf were showed clearly.
