为实现在黄河下游无水平流速条件下快速定位插桩的需求,设计了一套水上插桩快速定位装置。该装置利用已有边桩的直立性和稳定作用,采用六点定位原理进行了方案设计,对护筒、成型半圆环、顶板等关键部件的受力情况进行了分析。样机试验及实际应用结果表明:该装置可使管桩在没有水平流速的钢护筒内沉放至河床,有效提高了施工效率和定位精度。

In order to realize the rapid positioninf and insertinf piles with no horizontal velocity in the lower Yellow River,a rapid positioninf de-vice was desifned. Dependinf on erect,stabilization of existinf side piles,orientation schemes were desifned accordinf to point locatinf principle. In this paper,the detailed desifn of the casinf,forminf half rinf,roof and other key components were achieved. The results show that the device can carry out tubular piles and put to river bed inside the steel tube without level current velocity,ensure its position accuracy and effectively in-crease the construction efficiency and positioninf accuracy.
