建立了高效液相色谱（ HPLC）测定烟叶中没食子酸含量的方法。以超纯水为萃取剂，样品经超声提取后，采用C18色谱柱分离/二极管阵列检测器测定。结果表明：没食子酸在0．5～50．0 mg/L范围内的线性相关系数为0．9999，检出限为1．07μg/g，加标回收率为92．7％～101．6％，RSD＜5％（n＝5）。9个烟叶样品没食子酸含量在107．0～242．8μg/g之间；不同部位烟叶没食子酸含量排序为：上部烟叶＞中部烟叶＞下部烟叶。
건립료고효액상색보（ HPLC）측정연협중몰식자산함량적방법。이초순수위췌취제，양품경초성제취후，채용C18색보주분리/이겁관진렬검측기측정。결과표명：몰식자산재0．5～50．0 mg/L범위내적선성상관계수위0．9999，검출한위1．07μg/g，가표회수솔위92．7％～101．6％，RSD＜5％（n＝5）。9개연협양품몰식자산함량재107．0～242．8μg/g지간；불동부위연협몰식자산함량배서위：상부연협＞중부연협＞하부연협。
A method for the determination of galic acid content in tobacco leaves was developed by using HPLC ( High Perform-ance Liquid Chromatography ) .After ultrasonic extraction by ultrapure water , the samples were separated by C 18 chromatographic column, and were detected by diode array detector .The results showed that:within the scope of 0.5~50.0 mg/L galic acid con-tent, the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9999, the low detection limit was 1.07μg/g, the standard-adding recovery was from 92.7%to 101.6%, and the RSD was less than 5% (n=5).The contents of galic acid in 9 tobacco leaf samples ranged from 107.0 to 242.8 μg/g.The galic acid content in different parts of tobacco leaves could be arranged as follows :upper leaf >middle leaf >lower leaf .
