采用溶磷圈法、钼锑抗比色法和Salkowski比色法,对分离自陕西6个区(县)的25株刺槐根瘤菌菌株进行了溶磷和分泌植物生长素( IAA)能力的定性和定量测定。在溶磷能力的定性测定中,菌株SLCH171对有机磷和无机磷的溶解能力均最强;在定量测定中,菌株SLCH171对有机磷的溶解能力最强,SLCH184对无机磷的溶解能力最强,有10株菌既能溶解无机磷又能溶解有机磷。分泌IAA测定显示,有21个菌株具有分泌IAA的能力,以SLCH184的分泌能力最强;各菌株分泌IAA能力的定量测定结果与定性测定结果基本相符。

Using the methods of phosphate -dissolving circle , Mo-Sb colorimetry and Salkowski colorimetry , the author qual-itatively and quantitatively determined the abilities of dissolving phosphate and secreting IAA of 25 rhizobia strains isolated from Rob-inia pseudoacacia in 6 districts ( counties ) of Shaanxi province .In the qualitative test for phosphate -dissolving ability , it was found that the strain SLCH171 had the strongest ability to dissolve both organophosphorus and inorganic phosphorus ; in the quantitative test for phosphate-dissolving ability , the strain SLCH171 had the strongest ability to dissolve organophosphorus , while the strain SLCH184 had the strongest ability to dissolve inorganic phosphorus , and 10 of 25 strains could dissolve not only organophosphorus but also inorganic phosphorus .The results of determination of IAA -secreting ability showed that 21 strains had the ability to secret IAA, and SLCH184 had the strongest ability among them;the quantitative determination results of IAA -secreting ability of various strains basically conformed to the qualitative determination results .
