通过实验室培养试验,研究了不同浓度的氯嘧磺隆对6种土壤酶活性的影响,结果表明:低浓度处理(5、10μg/kg干土)能在短期内激活土壤脲酶、过氧化氢酶、酸性磷酸酶的活性,抑制蔗糖酶和脱氢酶的活性,但这种激活或抑制作用很快可以恢复;高浓度处理(20、50μg/kg干土)短期内抑制脱氢酶的活性,之后表现为强烈的激活作用,对其他5种酶都表现为抑制作用,这些激活和抑制作用的程度与氯嘧磺隆的浓度呈正相关。低浓度氯嘧磺隆对各种酶的影响小,试验后期基本能恢复到对照水平,高浓度处理后土壤酶活性则不太容易恢复。

통과실험실배양시험,연구료불동농도적록밀광륭대6충토양매활성적영향,결과표명:저농도처리(5、10μg/kg간토)능재단기내격활토양뇨매、과양화경매、산성린산매적활성,억제자당매화탈경매적활성,단저충격활혹억제작용흔쾌가이회복;고농도처리(20、50μg/kg간토)단기내억제탈경매적활성,지후표현위강렬적격활작용,대기타5충매도표현위억제작용,저사격활화억제작용적정도여록밀광륭적농도정정상관。저농도록밀광륭대각충매적영향소,시험후기기본능회복도대조수평,고농도처리후토양매활성칙불태용역회복。
A series of incubation experiments in lab were conducted to study the effects of different concentrations of herbicide Chlorimuron-ethyl on the activities of 6 kinds of enzymes in soil .The results indicated that the treatments with low concentration (5, 10 μg/kg dry soil) of Chlorimuron-ethyl could inhibit the activities of saccharase and dehydrogenase , and activate the activi-ties of urease , catalase and acid phosphatase in soil within a short time , but these effects would disappear rapidly .The treatments with high concentration (20, 50 μg/kg dry soil) of Chlorimuron-ethyl could inhibit the activity of dehydrogenase at first and then strongly activate its activity , and these treatments also could inhibit the activities of other 5 kinds of enzymes in soil .There was a positive correlation between the extent of these inhibitions or activations and the concentration of Chlorimuron -ethyl.The activities of various enzymes in soil were less influenced by low concentration of Chlorimuron -ethyl, and they could recover basically in the later period of the experiment .While the activities of enzymes in the soil treated with high concentration of Chlorimuron -ethyl were not easy to recover .
