在实验室模拟烟机内细粉烧结过程,探讨了几种石油中常见的金属元素、磷氧化物及SOx含量与催化剂颗粒粘连烧结的关系,研究了金属元素、磷氧化物及SOx对烟机结垢的影响,分析了模拟烧结产物的形貌变化以及烟机结垢的主要原因。结果表明:在SOx氛围下,随着催化剂颗粒中Ca,Fe,V,Ni,Na,K,La,Ce 金属元素含量的增加,催化剂颗粒的粘连烧结程度增大;催化剂颗粒烧结颈处金属及硫元素含量比新剂中相应元素的含量高;磷氧化物的存在对催化剂颗粒烧结的影响不明显。
在實驗室模擬煙機內細粉燒結過程,探討瞭幾種石油中常見的金屬元素、燐氧化物及SOx含量與催化劑顆粒粘連燒結的關繫,研究瞭金屬元素、燐氧化物及SOx對煙機結垢的影響,分析瞭模擬燒結產物的形貌變化以及煙機結垢的主要原因。結果錶明:在SOx氛圍下,隨著催化劑顆粒中Ca,Fe,V,Ni,Na,K,La,Ce 金屬元素含量的增加,催化劑顆粒的粘連燒結程度增大;催化劑顆粒燒結頸處金屬及硫元素含量比新劑中相應元素的含量高;燐氧化物的存在對催化劑顆粒燒結的影響不明顯。
재실험실모의연궤내세분소결과정,탐토료궤충석유중상견적금속원소、린양화물급SOx함량여최화제과립점련소결적관계,연구료금속원소、린양화물급SOx대연궤결구적영향,분석료모의소결산물적형모변화이급연궤결구적주요원인。결과표명:재SOx분위하,수착최화제과립중Ca,Fe,V,Ni,Na,K,La,Ce 금속원소함량적증가,최화제과립적점련소결정도증대;최화제과립소결경처금속급류원소함량비신제중상응원소적함량고;린양화물적존재대최화제과립소결적영향불명현。
The metals on the catalyst particles,flue gas chemical composition and device operation conditions have a great relationship with the fouling of flue gas turbine.The influence of Ca,Fe,Na and other metals deposited on catalyst from feed and the content of SOx in flue gas is getting more and more attention.The simulation of the sintering process in the laboratory was conducted to test the influ-ence of the quantity of metal elements,phosphorus oxides and SOx on adhesion and sintering of the cata-lyst particles,which is considered to be the reason for the flue gas turbine fouling.The results show that at SOx atmosphere,with the content of Ca,Fe,Na,and other metals in the catalyst particles increas-ing,the degree of adhesion and sintering increases,and more metals and sulfur exist in the sintering neck than in fresh catalyst.The influence of phosphorus oxides on the catalyst particle sintering is not obvious.
