迁移侵袭抑制蛋白( migration and invasion inhibitory protein,MIIP),是近年来研究发现的潜在肿瘤转移抑制基因,定位于1p36,该区域在多种肿瘤中缺失。MIIP的定位提示其可能在肿瘤侵袭、转移中发挥作用,并且已有研究报道MIIP可抑制胶质瘤及乳腺癌的侵袭转移。本文就MIIP通过HDAC6在肿瘤侵袭转移中的作用及其分子机制作一综述。
遷移侵襲抑製蛋白( migration and invasion inhibitory protein,MIIP),是近年來研究髮現的潛在腫瘤轉移抑製基因,定位于1p36,該區域在多種腫瘤中缺失。MIIP的定位提示其可能在腫瘤侵襲、轉移中髮揮作用,併且已有研究報道MIIP可抑製膠質瘤及乳腺癌的侵襲轉移。本文就MIIP通過HDAC6在腫瘤侵襲轉移中的作用及其分子機製作一綜述。

Migration and invasion inhibitory protein( MIIP)gene was recently discovered candidate tumor suppress gene which located at chromosome 1p36. 1p36 deletion was found in many types of tumor. We hypothesized that MIIP is a potential negative regulator of tumors. It was reported that MIIP could inhibit glioma and breast cancer-cell mi-gration and invasion. This review summarizes the current progress in the research field of MIIP influencing tumor inva-sion and metastasis through HDAC6.
