目的：观察中药内服联合中药穴位贴敷治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘（CVA）的临床疗效。方法将96例小儿CVA患者随机分为2组。治疗组50例予中药内服联合中药穴位贴敷治疗，对照组46例予西医常规治疗，2组治疗3个疗程后观察疗效，比较治疗前后血清免疫球蛋白水平变化。结果2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组治疗后血清免疫球蛋白（IgA）、IgG水平均高于本组治疗前（P＜0．05），IgE水平低于本组治疗前（P＜0．05）；对照组治疗后IgE水平低于本组治疗前（P＜0．05）。治疗组治疗后血清IgA、IgG水平均高于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论中药内服联合中药穴位贴敷对小儿CVA有较好的治疗作用，值得临床推广应用。
목적：관찰중약내복연합중약혈위첩부치료소인해수변이성효천（CVA）적림상료효。방법장96례소인CVA환자수궤분위2조。치료조50례여중약내복연합중약혈위첩부치료，대조조46례여서의상규치료，2조치료3개료정후관찰료효，비교치료전후혈청면역구단백수평변화。결과2조총유효솔비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05），치료조료효우우대조조。치료조치료후혈청면역구단백（IgA）、IgG수평균고우본조치료전（P＜0．05），IgE수평저우본조치료전（P＜0．05）；대조조치료후IgE수평저우본조치료전（P＜0．05）。치료조치료후혈청IgA、IgG수평균고우대조조（P＜0．05）。결론중약내복연합중약혈위첩부대소인CVA유교호적치료작용，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of cough variant asthma ( CVA) treated by oral ad-ministration and acupoint sticking of Chinese herb .Methods 96 patients with CVA were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group (50 cases) treated by oral administration and acupoint sticking of Chinese herb , control group (46 cases) treated by western conventional therapy .The effects were observed after two groups were treated 3 cour-ses.Results Comparing two clinical outcomes, the overall response rate of treatment group (940.%) was higher than control groups(80.4 %),there is significant difference in statistics (P<0.05).The levels of serum IgA and ser-um IgG after treatment were higher than those before treatment in the treatment group (P<0.05), and the treatment group increased more significant than the control group (P<0.05).The globulin of serum IgE in the two groups were less than those before treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion Oral administration and acupoint sticking of Chinese herb has better effect on the treatment of child cough variant asthma , is worth of clinical application .
