目的：观察滋阴润燥生津汤治疗干燥综合征（ SS）的临床疗效。方法将112例SS患者随机分为2组，治疗组56例予滋阴润燥生津汤口服加雾化吸入治疗，对照组56例予硫酸羟氯喹片治疗。观察2组疗效，治疗前后口干评分、眼干评分、泪液流率及唾液流率变化。结果2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组治疗后口干评分、眼干评分均较本组治疗前降低（P＜0．05），泪液流率、唾液流率均较本组治疗前升高（P＜0．05）。对照组治疗后口干评分、眼干评分均较本组治疗前降低（P＜0．05）。治疗组治疗后口干评分、眼干评分、唾液流率及泪液流率均较对照组改善明显（P＜0．05）。结论滋阴润燥生津汤能有效缓解SS患者主要症状，并改善相关检测指标，具有较好的临床疗效。
목적：관찰자음윤조생진탕치료간조종합정（ SS）적림상료효。방법장112례SS환자수궤분위2조，치료조56례여자음윤조생진탕구복가무화흡입치료，대조조56례여류산간록규편치료。관찰2조료효，치료전후구간평분、안간평분、루액류솔급타액류솔변화。결과2조총유효솔비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05），치료조료효우우대조조。치료조치료후구간평분、안간평분균교본조치료전강저（P＜0．05），루액류솔、타액류솔균교본조치료전승고（P＜0．05）。대조조치료후구간평분、안간평분균교본조치료전강저（P＜0．05）。치료조치료후구간평분、안간평분、타액류솔급루액류솔균교대조조개선명현（P＜0．05）。결론자음윤조생진탕능유효완해SS환자주요증상，병개선상관검측지표，구유교호적림상료효。
Objective To observe the effect of Ziyin Runzao shengjin decoction on Sjogren syndrome ( SS) . Methods 112 patients with SS were randomly divided into two groups .56 cases in treatment group were treated by Ziyin Runzao shengjin decoction combined with Inhalation therapy .56 patients in control group were given hydroxy-chloroquine sulfate tablets.Efficacy, dry mouth score, dry eyes score, tears flow rate and salivary flow rate changes were observed.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was superior to that in control group (P<0.05). Dry mouth score and dry eyes score after treatment was decreased in comparison with that before treatment in treat -ment group (P<0.05).Tears flow rate and salivary flow rate after treatment was increased (P<0.05).The im-provements of dry mouth score , dry eyes score , tears flow rate and salivary flow rate in treatment group were superior to those in control group after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion Ziyin Runzao shengjin decoction can effectively relieve the main symptoms in patients with SS and improved correlation detection indicators , with better clinical effi-cacy.
