目的：分析针刀配合中药熏洗治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：59例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，治疗组采取针刀配合中药熏洗，对照组采取穴位注射，比较两组效果及VAS评分。结果：治疗组总有效率为93.33%，显著高于对照组的82.7%（P<0.05）；治疗后治疗组VAS疼痛评分均显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：针刀配合中药熏洗治疗膝关节OA平衡阴阳、疏通经络、消肿止痛，能阻止或延缓膝关节退行性改变进程，减轻或消除临床症状。

목적：분석침도배합중약훈세치료슬관절골성관절염적림상료효。방법：59례슬관절골성관절염환자수궤분위치료조여대조조，치료조채취침도배합중약훈세，대조조채취혈위주사，비교량조효과급VAS평분。결과：치료조총유효솔위93.33%，현저고우대조조적82.7%（P<0.05）；치료후치료조VAS동통평분균현저저우대조조（P<0.05）。결론：침도배합중약훈세치료슬관절OA평형음양、소통경락、소종지통，능조지혹연완슬관절퇴행성개변진정，감경혹소제림상증상。
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of acupotomy combined with Chinese herbal fumigation treating knee osteoarthritis. Methods:59 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group adopted acupotomy combined with Chinese herbal fumigation, control group with acupoint injection, effect and VAS score of the two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than that of control group by 82.7%(P<0.05);VAS score of treatment group were all significantly lower than those of control group after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion:Acupotomy combined with Chinese herbal fumigation treating knee osteoarthritis balances Yin and Yang, dredges the channel, disperses swelling and relieves pain, which can prevent or delay the process of knee degenerative change, reduce or eliminate the clinical symptoms.
