目的：探讨临床路径治疗脑卒中的临床效果。方法：我科脑卒中患者184例随机分为对照组及实验组各92例，分别接受常规治疗及脑卒中临床路径治疗，比较两组患者住院时间、费用及治疗效果。结果：实验组住院时间及费用均显著少于对照组（P<0.05），实验组治疗费比例显著高于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗90天实验组BI指数及满意度均显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：脑卒中临床路径可缩短住院时间，减少住院费用，改善临床疗效，提高病人满意度。
目的：探討臨床路徑治療腦卒中的臨床效果。方法：我科腦卒中患者184例隨機分為對照組及實驗組各92例，分彆接受常規治療及腦卒中臨床路徑治療，比較兩組患者住院時間、費用及治療效果。結果：實驗組住院時間及費用均顯著少于對照組（P<0.05），實驗組治療費比例顯著高于對照組（P<0.05）；治療90天實驗組BI指數及滿意度均顯著高于對照組（P<0.05）。結論：腦卒中臨床路徑可縮短住院時間，減少住院費用，改善臨床療效，提高病人滿意度。
목적：탐토림상로경치료뇌졸중적림상효과。방법：아과뇌졸중환자184례수궤분위대조조급실험조각92례，분별접수상규치료급뇌졸중림상로경치료，비교량조환자주원시간、비용급치료효과。결과：실험조주원시간급비용균현저소우대조조（P<0.05），실험조치료비비례현저고우대조조（P<0.05）；치료90천실험조BI지수급만의도균현저고우대조조（P<0.05）。결론：뇌졸중림상로경가축단주원시간，감소주원비용，개선림상료효，제고병인만의도。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of clinical pathway on stroke. Methods:184 cases of stroke patients were randomly divided in-to control group and experimental group with each of 92 cases, respectively with conventional therapy and stroke clinical pathway, hospitalization time, expenses and therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared. Results:Hospitalization time and expenses of experimental group were sig-nificantly less than those of control group (P<0.05), treatment fee ratio of experimental group was significantly higher that of control group (P<0.05);after 90 days of treatment BI index and satisfaction of experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05). Conclu-sion:Stroke clinical path can shorten the time of hospitalization, reduce hospitalization expenses, improve the clinical efficacy, and enhance patients’ satisfaction.
