作业治疗是现代康复医学的重要组成部分。脑瘫患儿由于肢体运动功能障碍和姿势异常，并伴随不同程度的言语、行为、认知、智力等缺损，很大程度地影响了患儿今后的学习、生活、就业及参与家庭和社会，是儿童致残的主要疾患之一。作业治疗能帮助患儿最大限度地挖掘、使用其身体功能，使其恢复、改善和增强生活、学习能力，促进其适应工作、社会、个人及家庭需要，过有意义的生活，在小儿脑瘫的康复过程中有着不可替代的作用。

Occupational therapy is an important part of modern rehabilitation medicine. Cerebral Palsy, due to the limb motor dysfunction and abnor-mal posture, with different levels of defect of speech, behavior, cognition and mental, which affects children's study, daily living, employment and participation in family and society, makes it become one of the main diseases that causes children's disability. Occupational therapy can help children to maximize the development and usage of their body functions, makes them regain, improve and enhance the abilities of living and learning, pro-mote them to adapt the needs of working, society, personal and family, to live a meaningful life, which plays an irreplaceable role in the rehabilitation process of children with cerebral palsy.
