目的:探讨磁振热治疗仪治疗中风后肩痛的临床疗效。方法:60例中风后肩痛患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组采用运动疗法配合西乐葆治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用磁振热治疗仪LGT-2600B,比较治疗前后两组患者的VAS疼痛积分、关节活动度及总有效率。结果:治疗后治疗组VAS疼痛积分及关节活动度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效为90%,显著高于对照组的80%(P<0.05)。结论:运动疗法配合止痛药物的基础上应用磁振热治疗仪治疗中风后肩痛的疗效显著,值得推广应用。

목적:탐토자진열치료의치료중풍후견통적림상료효。방법:60례중풍후견통환자수궤분위대조조화치료조각30례,대조조채용운동요법배합서악보치료,치료조재대조조기출상가용자진열치료의LGT-2600B,비교치료전후량조환자적VAS동통적분、관절활동도급총유효솔。결과:치료후치료조VAS동통적분급관절활동도균현저우우대조조(P<0.05);치료조총유효위90%,현저고우대조조적80%(P<0.05)。결론:운동요법배합지통약물적기출상응용자진열치료의치료중풍후견통적료효현저,치득추엄응용。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of magnetic resonance thermal therapeutic apparatus treating shoulder pain after stroke. Methods:60 cases of shoulder pain after stroke were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with each of 30 cases, control group with motion therapy combined with Celebrex, based on which treatment group applied with magnetic resonance thermal therapeutic apparatus LGT-2600B, VAS pain score, joint motion range and total efficiency were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results:VAS pain scores and joint motion range of treatment group were both significantly better than those of control group after treatment (P<0.05);total effec-tiveness of treatment group was 90%, significantly higher than that of control group by 80%(P<0.05). Conclusion:Based on exercise therapy com-bined with analgesic drugs, magnetic resonance thermal therapeutic apparatus treating shoulder pain after stroke is significantly effective, being wor-thy of popularization and application.
