本文回顾了活血化瘀法和骨质疏松性骨折各自的特点及研究进展，分析了活血化瘀法在骨质疏松性骨折中的运用及防治并发症的作用。活血化瘀法具有促进骨折愈合的作用，然而活血化瘀法的用药方式、使用时机及与其他治疗方法有机结合尚需作进一步临床与实验探索。
本文迴顧瞭活血化瘀法和骨質疏鬆性骨摺各自的特點及研究進展，分析瞭活血化瘀法在骨質疏鬆性骨摺中的運用及防治併髮癥的作用。活血化瘀法具有促進骨摺愈閤的作用，然而活血化瘀法的用藥方式、使用時機及與其他治療方法有機結閤尚需作進一步臨床與實驗探索。

This paper reviews the characteristics and research progress of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis on osteoporotic frac-ture respectively, and analyzes the application and role of preventing complications of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in os-teoporotic fracture. Promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis can promote fracture healing, but the organic combination of medication way, while timing and other treatment in promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis still needs further clinical and experimental explora-tion.
