目的：通过与氯丙嗪的对照，探讨利培酮治疗精神分裂症的疗效和不良反应。方法：将122例符合 ICD-10诊断标准的精神分裂症患者随机分为两组，分别给予利培酮和氯丙嗪治疗8周。采用阳性症状和阴性症状量表（PANSS）评定临床疗效，副反应量表（TESS）评定不良反应。结果：治疗8周后患者的疗效没有明显差异（P﹥0.05）；利培酮组和氯丙嗪组的显效率差异无统计学意义（P﹥0.05）；氯丙嗪较利培酮组引起患者肌强直、震颤、扭转痉挛、静坐不能等椎体外系的不良反应发生率高，引起胆碱能系统不良反应：口干、视物模糊、便秘、鼻塞发生率高（P﹤0.05)；利培酮对血糖、血脂影响较氯丙嗪小（P﹤0.05）。结论：利培酮和氯丙嗪治疗精神分裂症疗效相当，利培酮起效快、耐受性好，不良反应小、依从性高。
목적：통과여록병진적대조，탐토리배동치료정신분렬증적료효화불량반응。방법：장122례부합 ICD-10진단표준적정신분렬증환자수궤분위량조，분별급여리배동화록병진치료8주。채용양성증상화음성증상량표（PANSS）평정림상료효，부반응량표（TESS）평정불량반응。결과：치료8주후환자적료효몰유명현차이（P﹥0.05）；리배동조화록병진조적현효솔차이무통계학의의（P﹥0.05）；록병진교리배동조인기환자기강직、진전、뉴전경련、정좌불능등추체외계적불량반응발생솔고，인기담감능계통불량반응：구간、시물모호、편비、비새발생솔고（P﹤0.05)；리배동대혈당、혈지영향교록병진소（P﹤0.05）。결론：리배동화록병진치료정신분렬증료효상당，리배동기효쾌、내수성호，불량반응소、의종성고。
Objective:To explore efficacy and side effects of risperidonein treatment of schizophrenia through comparing with chlorpromazine. Methods:According to the criteria of ICD-10 for schizophrenia,122 patients were randomly divided into two groups. One group was treated by risperidonefor 8 weeks and the other group was treated by chlorpromazine for 8 weeks. The positive and nega-tive symptom scale(PANSS)and treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS)were used to assess the clinical efficacy and side effects in the study. Results:There was no significant difference between risperidonegroup and chlorpromazine group in the treatment of schizo-phreniaafter 8 weeks′ treatment in the efficacy and obvious effective rate(both P﹥ 0. 05). The side effect rates were high in chlorprom-azine group in extrapyramidal system and cholinergic system,for examplemyotonia,tremor,torsion spasm,dry mouth,blurred vision, constipation,stuffy nose(P﹤0. 05). The effects of risperidoneon blood glucose and blood lipid were less than chlorpromazine(P﹤0. 05). Conclusions:The efficacies of risperidoneand chlorpromazine have no significant difference. Risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia is fast in the effects,and has a good tolerance,less adverse reactions,and high compliance.
