目的：探讨复尔凯鼻肠管肠内营养支持在胃癌治疗中的应用。方法回顾性分析本院外科收治胃癌患者136例，并行胃癌根治术、术中放置复尔凯鼻肠营养管，术后予以肠内营养支持治疗的临床资料。结果本组患者行根治性远端胃切除术，其中行毕Ⅰ式吻合64例，毕Ⅱ式吻合38例；根治性近端胃切除术22例，全胃切除术12例。所有患者均在术后第2~4天肛门排气、排便，术后恢复良好，无吻合口瘘、十二指肠残端瘘及相关并发症的发生。全组病例中无一例死亡。结论对于胃癌患者，术中置入复尔凯鼻肠营养管，术后早期给予肠内营养，操作简单，方便可行，术后恢复快，并发症及死亡率低，值得推广。
목적：탐토복이개비장관장내영양지지재위암치료중적응용。방법회고성분석본원외과수치위암환자136례，병행위암근치술、술중방치복이개비장영양관，술후여이장내영양지지치료적림상자료。결과본조환자행근치성원단위절제술，기중행필Ⅰ식문합64례，필Ⅱ식문합38례；근치성근단위절제술22례，전위절제술12례。소유환자균재술후제2~4천항문배기、배편，술후회복량호，무문합구루、십이지장잔단루급상관병발증적발생。전조병례중무일례사망。결론대우위암환자，술중치입복이개비장영양관，술후조기급여장내영양，조작간단，방편가행，술후회복쾌，병발증급사망솔저，치득추엄。
Objective To explore the clinical value of enteral flocare nasointestinal tube nutrition support in the treatment of gastric cancer. Methods The clinical data of 136 gastric cancer patients from 2009 to 2012 were retrospectively analyzed, which were treated with radical operation and placed flocare nasointestinal tube, and given enteral nutrition support after the operation. Results This group of patients with an average age of 60 years old, male and female ratio was 10:7;radical distal gastrectomy, 64 cases with billroth I gastrectomy, 38 cases with billroth II gastrectomy;22 cases with radical proximal gastrectomy, 12 cases with total gastrectomy. All patients were 2~4 days after surgery the anus exhaust and defecate, recovered well postoperatively, no anastomotic fistula, duodenal stump fistula and related complications. no one died. Conclusion For gastric cancer patients, intraoperative placement after Flocare nasointestinal tube, enteral nutrition for early postoperative, the operation is simple, convenient and feasible with fast recovery, low complications and mortality rate, so it is worthy clinical promotion.
