目的:探讨胃部气充盈后行薄层螺旋CT对胃癌诊断的临床价值。方法筛选本院收治的胃癌患者27例作为研究对象。所有患者建立胃部气充盈后,应用薄层螺旋CT进行胃部扫描,根据其影像学结果进行诊断,并对胃癌病灶发生部位及临床分期进行评价,比较其与胃镜检查及病理检查结果的差异性。结果 CT检查胃癌发生于胃窦19例,胃底贲门部6例,其他部位2例,与胃镜检查比较,表示差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);CT对胃癌的TNM分期情况与病例检查结果比较,表示差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论患者胃部气充盈后行薄层螺旋CT扫描检查,可根据其CT影像学表现对胃癌诊断,病灶部位定位准确,可对胃癌进行准确分型,并且无医源性损伤,检查费用低,具有临床应用及推广价值。

목적:탐토위부기충영후행박층라선CT대위암진단적림상개치。방법사선본원수치적위암환자27례작위연구대상。소유환자건립위부기충영후,응용박층라선CT진행위부소묘,근거기영상학결과진행진단,병대위암병조발생부위급림상분기진행평개,비교기여위경검사급병리검사결과적차이성。결과 CT검사위암발생우위두19례,위저분문부6례,기타부위2례,여위경검사비교,표시차이무통계학의의(P>0.05);CT대위암적TNM분기정황여병례검사결과비교,표시차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론환자위부기충영후행박층라선CT소묘검사,가근거기CT영상학표현대위암진단,병조부위정위준학,가대위암진행준학분형,병차무의원성손상,검사비용저,구유림상응용급추엄개치。
Objective To analyze the clinical values of gas filling method thin layer spiral CT scan in the diagnosis of stomach cancer. Methods Selecting 27 patients with stomach cancer in our hospital as the study objects, thin layer spiral CT scan was applied after filling gas in stomach, diagnosed them by iconography results, and evaluated the leison sites and clinical stages of stomach cancer, as well as analyzed the differences between stomachoscopy and pathological examination. Results The CT examination showed that there were 19 cases of stomach cancer happened in sinuses ventriculi, 6 cases happened in pars cardiaca, and 2 cases in other sites, differences with stomachoscopy examination were not significant, P>0.05, without statistical significance;in the examination of cancer TNM stages, there were no significant differences between CT examination and stomachoscopy examination, P>0.05, without statistical significance. Conclusion Adopting thin layer spiral CT scan after filling gas in the stomach of patients can locate the leison sites accurately and diagnose by imaging manifestations of CT, and confirm the types of stomach cancer accurately with low cost, so it has values of clinical applicatinon and promotion.
