目的：观察微切口超声乳化联合小梁切除术治疗白内障合并青光眼疗效。方法回顾性分析2012年1月~2013年12月107例白内障合并青光眼患者临床资料，其中55例患者60眼采用微切口超声乳化联合小梁切除术治疗，列为观察组，其余52例55眼采用常规切口超声乳化联合小梁切除术治疗，列为对照组，观察两组患者术后视力、散光、眼压和并发症情况。结果①观察组术后视力较对照组改善明显，比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；②观察组术后散光程度较对照组低，恢复快，比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；③两组患者术后眼压较术前明显降低，与术前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；④观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微切口超声乳化联合小梁切除术治疗白内障合并青光眼具有较好疗效，安全性高。
목적：관찰미절구초성유화연합소량절제술치료백내장합병청광안료효。방법회고성분석2012년1월~2013년12월107례백내장합병청광안환자림상자료，기중55례환자60안채용미절구초성유화연합소량절제술치료，렬위관찰조，기여52례55안채용상규절구초성유화연합소량절제술치료，렬위대조조，관찰량조환자술후시력、산광、안압화병발증정황。결과①관찰조술후시력교대조조개선명현，비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；②관찰조술후산광정도교대조조저，회복쾌，비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；③량조환자술후안압교술전명현강저，여술전비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；④관찰조술후병발증발생솔저우대조조，량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론미절구초성유화연합소량절제술치료백내장합병청광안구유교호료효，안전성고。
Objective To observe curative effect of ultra micro incision cataract combined with glaucoma in the treatment of cataract and glaucoma. Methods Retrospectively analyzing clinical data of 107 cases of cataract and glaucoma patients from January 2012 to December 2013 including 55 patients(60 eyes) using ultra micro incision combined with trabeculectomy treatment, listed as observation group, the remaining 52 cases(55 eyes) on conventional incision combined trabeculectomy treatment, observe two groups of patients with postoperative visual acuity, astigmatism, intraocular pressure and complications. Results ①The visual acuity was improved in observation group was obviously, compare the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);②The degree of postoperative astigmatism observing group was lower than those of control group, rapid recovery, compare the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); ③Two groups of patients with postoperative intraocular pressure significantly lower compared with preoperative, compared with the preoperative difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);④Observer postoperative complication rate was lower than the control group, comparing the two groups was statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Ultra micro incision cataract combined with treatment have a good curative effect and high safety in the treatment of glaucoma and trabeculectomy.
