目的：探讨分离（转换）性障碍患者疑病、偏执心理特质及与自动思维的相关。方法：对32例分离（转换）性障碍患者进行MMPI-2中疑病、偏执量表评定和自动思维问卷、自信心量表评定，得分与常模比较及进行相互间相关分析。结果：分离（转换）性障碍患者疑病、偏执得分高于常模（t＝5.99，4.66，P＜0.01），自动思维结果中，有突出消极观念21例、消极观念不突出11例，偏执与自动思维呈高度负相关（r＝-0.697，P＜0.01），偏执与疑病呈负相关（r＝-0.395，P＜0.05），回归分析结果显示，自动思维得分对偏执的反向预测度为48.6％、对疑病的预测度为14.5％，结论：分离（转换）性障碍患者以躯体转换症状为主者存在高偏执、固着心理特质，以情绪紊乱症状为主者存在高的疑病、消极心理特质。
목적：탐토분리（전환）성장애환자의병、편집심리특질급여자동사유적상관。방법：대32례분리（전환）성장애환자진행MMPI-2중의병、편집량표평정화자동사유문권、자신심량표평정，득분여상모비교급진행상호간상관분석。결과：분리（전환）성장애환자의병、편집득분고우상모（t＝5.99，4.66，P＜0.01），자동사유결과중，유돌출소겁관념21례、소겁관념불돌출11례，편집여자동사유정고도부상관（r＝-0.697，P＜0.01），편집여의병정부상관（r＝-0.395，P＜0.05），회귀분석결과현시，자동사유득분대편집적반향예측도위48.6％、대의병적예측도위14.5％，결론：분리（전환）성장애환자이구체전환증상위주자존재고편집、고착심리특질，이정서문란증상위주자존재고적의병、소겁심리특질。
Objective To explore the correlation between hypochondria,paranoia and automatic thoughts of patients with dissocia-tive (conversion)disorder,Method 32 patients with dissociative (conversion)disorder,they were assess by Hypochondria Scale (Hs),Paranoia Scale (Ps) of MMPI -2,The Automatic Thoughts Questionnaire (ATQ),Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RS-ES),compare score between patient and norm,and correlation analysis between each other,Result the score of Hs,Ps were higher in patients with dissociative (conversion)disorder than in norm (t=5.99,4.66,P<0.01),result of the thoughts of patients,has protruding negative idea was 21 case,no protruding negative idea was 11 case,have highly negative correlation between paranoia and automatic thoughts (r=-0.697,P<0.01 ),have significance negative correlation between paranoia and hypochondria (r =-0.395 ,P<0.05 ),result of regression analysis,score of automatic thoughts reverse prediction to hypochondria the prediction degree was 48.6%,automatic thoughts prediction to paranoia the prediction degree was 14.5%,Conclusion the patients with dissociative (conversion)disorder mainly in conversion symptoms of the body was existence high paranoia and fixation psychological traits,mainly in mood derangement symptoms was existence high hypochondria and negative psychological traits.
