消化性溃疡（pepticulcer）是指胃酸、胃蛋白酶等对胃肠道黏膜自身的消化而形成的慢性溃疡，其黏膜损害深达肌层。好发于胃和十二指肠，即胃溃疡和十二指肠溃疡。十二指肠溃疡多属中医“胃脘痛”的范畴。近年来在中医药治疗十二指肠溃疡临床研究方面取得较大进展。
消化性潰瘍（pepticulcer）是指胃痠、胃蛋白酶等對胃腸道黏膜自身的消化而形成的慢性潰瘍，其黏膜損害深達肌層。好髮于胃和十二指腸，即胃潰瘍和十二指腸潰瘍。十二指腸潰瘍多屬中醫“胃脘痛”的範疇。近年來在中醫藥治療十二指腸潰瘍臨床研究方麵取得較大進展。
소화성궤양（pepticulcer）시지위산、위단백매등대위장도점막자신적소화이형성적만성궤양，기점막손해심체기층。호발우위화십이지장，즉위궤양화십이지장궤양。십이지장궤양다속중의“위완통”적범주。근년래재중의약치료십이지장궤양림상연구방면취득교대진전。
Pepticulcer (pepticulcer)is “a chronic ulcer of gastric”acid,pepsin on gastrointestinal.mucosa selfdigestion and the formation of the mucosal damage,deep muscle.Occurs in the stomach and duodenum,gastriculcer and duodenal ulcer.Duodenal ulcer belonging to Chinese medicine “stomachache”category.In recent years,great progress has been made in clinical research of Chinese medicine for the treatment of duodenal ulcer.
