对特种叉车多负荷传感液压系统的监测点进行分析,建立了多负荷传感系统的测试信号有向图和“元部件监测点”相关性模型。利用信息论中熵的概念,综合评判最大故障诊断信息熵、较短测试时间和较低测试成本以实现故障诊断,建立了最大故障诊断信息量准则,并以此准则对多负荷传感液压系统状态监测点进行优化设计。最后采用分步测试方式画出特种叉车液压系统故障诊断隔离树。
對特種扠車多負荷傳感液壓繫統的鑑測點進行分析,建立瞭多負荷傳感繫統的測試信號有嚮圖和“元部件鑑測點”相關性模型。利用信息論中熵的概唸,綜閤評判最大故障診斷信息熵、較短測試時間和較低測試成本以實現故障診斷,建立瞭最大故障診斷信息量準則,併以此準則對多負荷傳感液壓繫統狀態鑑測點進行優化設計。最後採用分步測試方式畫齣特種扠車液壓繫統故障診斷隔離樹。

The monitoring points of the forklift multi-load-sensing hydraulic system were analyzed herein,and the test signals digraph and the relational model of “components-monitoring points”were built.Then,maximum fault diagnosis information criterion could be established by means of the con-cept of entropy in information theory,to confirm the optimal fault diagnosis strategy that comprehen-sively evaluated the most fault diagnosis information entropy with smaller cost and test time.Based on this criterion,the monitoring points of the multi-load-sensing hydraulic system were optimized, and the fault diagnosis isolated was drawn tree by step-test method finally.
