目的：探讨腹腔镜下无水酒精注射并开窗引流治疗肝囊肿的疗效。方法：腹腔镜下肝囊肿穿刺无水酒精注射并切除囊肿顶壁。结果：所有病例随访1～6个月囊肿基本消失，部分病人随访6年无复发。结论：腹腔镜下无水酒精注射并去顶减压治疗肝囊肿是较为安全有效的治疗方法。
목적：탐토복강경하무수주정주사병개창인류치료간낭종적료효。방법：복강경하간낭종천자무수주정주사병절제낭종정벽。결과：소유병례수방1～6개월낭종기본소실，부분병인수방6년무복발。결론：복강경하무수주정주사병거정감압치료간낭종시교위안전유효적치료방법。
Objective To investigate the Laparoscopic fenestration and drainage effect of ethanol injection and hepatic cyst treat-ment.Method Laparoscopic liver cyst puncture and injection of anhydrous alcohol and excision of the cyst wall.Result All patients were followed up for 1 -6 months cyst disappeared,Some patients were followed up for 6 years without recurrence.Conclusion Lapa-roscopic percutaneous ethanol injection and hepatic cyst unroofing decompression for the treatment method is very effective and safe.
