利用中国石油石化院75 kg/h聚丙烯中试装置进行进口Basell ZN M1催化剂的聚合反应性能评价实验。聚合结果表明, ZN M1催化剂具有较高的聚合活性和氢调敏感性,产品的等规度可以在较大范围调整,催化活性的释放平稳,抗杂质干扰能力强。在催化剂流量和质量浓度分别为0.18 mL/min及100 g/L, n(氢气)/n(丙烯)为0.004, m(三乙基铝)/m(给电子体)为1.08的工艺条件下,当丙烯的含水量为3.54 mg/L时, ZN M1催化剂的活性[ m(聚丙烯)/m(催化剂)]高达29654。
利用中國石油石化院75 kg/h聚丙烯中試裝置進行進口Basell ZN M1催化劑的聚閤反應性能評價實驗。聚閤結果錶明, ZN M1催化劑具有較高的聚閤活性和氫調敏感性,產品的等規度可以在較大範圍調整,催化活性的釋放平穩,抗雜質榦擾能力彊。在催化劑流量和質量濃度分彆為0.18 mL/min及100 g/L, n(氫氣)/n(丙烯)為0.004, m(三乙基鋁)/m(給電子體)為1.08的工藝條件下,噹丙烯的含水量為3.54 mg/L時, ZN M1催化劑的活性[ m(聚丙烯)/m(催化劑)]高達29654。

The reaction performance of import catalyst ZN M 1 was evaluated in the 75 kg/h polypropylene pilot unit of Lanzhou Petrochemical Research Center.The results showed that catalyst ZN M 1 had higher activity and better hydrogen response behavior , tolerance to impurities and activity stability.The isotacticity of the product could be adjusted in a wide range.Under the conditions of catalyst flow 0.18 mL/min, catalyst mass concentration 100 g/L, the mass ratio of triethyl aluminum to electro donor 1.08, the activity [m(polypropylene)/m(catalyst)]of ZN M1 reached 29 654 when the moisture in propylene was 3.54 mg/L.
