以铬铁合金为原料,以草酸作为沉淀剂来沉淀铬铁合金浸出液中的 Fe,在沉淀 Fe 的过程中铬铁合金浸出液中微量的Mn、Ni、Co等多种元素被同时沉淀于草酸亚铁中,可以得到掺杂的草酸亚铁 Fe(1-x) Mx C2 O4(M=Ni、Mn、Co等),然后制备得到复合掺杂磷酸铁锂LiFe(1-x)Mx PO4/C(M=Ni、Mn、Co 等),并对其进行了形貌及电化学性能的测试.电化学测试结果表明,该材料具有良好的电化学性能,0.1 C 下的放电容量达到162 mAh/g,1 C下循环50次容量保持率达到98.2%.
以鉻鐵閤金為原料,以草痠作為沉澱劑來沉澱鉻鐵閤金浸齣液中的 Fe,在沉澱 Fe 的過程中鉻鐵閤金浸齣液中微量的Mn、Ni、Co等多種元素被同時沉澱于草痠亞鐵中,可以得到摻雜的草痠亞鐵 Fe(1-x) Mx C2 O4(M=Ni、Mn、Co等),然後製備得到複閤摻雜燐痠鐵鋰LiFe(1-x)Mx PO4/C(M=Ni、Mn、Co 等),併對其進行瞭形貌及電化學性能的測試.電化學測試結果錶明,該材料具有良好的電化學性能,0.1 C 下的放電容量達到162 mAh/g,1 C下循環50次容量保持率達到98.2%.

The oxalic acid was employed to precipitate the ferrum,nickel cobalt and manganese from the leaching sulfate solution of ferrochrome alloy.Small amount of nickel,cobalt and manganese exited in ferrochrome alloy were precipitated simultaneously in ferrous oxalate.The classic solid state route was applied to prepare LiFe(1-x)Mx PO4/C by using above Fe(1-x)Mx C2 O4 as raw material.Crystal structure and charge/discharge per-formance of LiFe(1-x)Mx PO4/C were investigated by X-ray diffraction and electrochemical measurement,re-spectively.The LiFe(1-x)Mx PO4/C shows the outstanding electrochemical performance.The discharge capacity was 162 mAh/g at the rate of 0.1 C .When cycled at 1 C for 50 times,the capacity retention was 98.2%.
