用聚乙烯醇缩丁醛作为配制硼硅酸盐玻璃/α-Al2 O3流延浆料的粘结剂,流延成型制备玻璃/Al2 O3生料带,研究了 PVB 对玻璃/Al2 O3复合料生料带密度、力学性能、微观结构及其烧结性能等的影响。实验结果表明,随着 PVB 分子量和羟基含量减小,生料带拉伸强度和断裂伸长率降低、体积密度增加、生料带排胶热分解温度降低,对烧结瓷体密度和介电性能的影响较小。
用聚乙烯醇縮丁醛作為配製硼硅痠鹽玻璃/α-Al2 O3流延漿料的粘結劑,流延成型製備玻璃/Al2 O3生料帶,研究瞭 PVB 對玻璃/Al2 O3複閤料生料帶密度、力學性能、微觀結構及其燒結性能等的影響。實驗結果錶明,隨著 PVB 分子量和羥基含量減小,生料帶拉伸彊度和斷裂伸長率降低、體積密度增加、生料帶排膠熱分解溫度降低,對燒結瓷體密度和介電性能的影響較小。
용취을희순축정철작위배제붕규산염파리/α-Al2 O3류연장료적점결제,류연성형제비파리/Al2 O3생료대,연구료 PVB 대파리/Al2 O3복합료생료대밀도、역학성능、미관결구급기소결성능등적영향。실험결과표명,수착 PVB 분자량화간기함량감소,생료대랍신강도화단렬신장솔강저、체적밀도증가、생료대배효열분해온도강저,대소결자체밀도화개전성능적영향교소。
In this paper,the borosilicate glass/Al2 O3 tape was prepared with the binder system of polyvinyl bu-tyral (PVB)by tape casting.The effect of PVB on the bulk density,the microstructure and mechanical property of green tape was detailly studied.The results showed that with the decreasing of molecular weight and hydrox-yl content of PVB,the decomposition temperature,the tensile strength and breaking elongation of green tape were reduced;the bulk density was increased;the density and dielectric properties of the sintered ceramic did not change obviously.
