It’s an inevitable trend of higher education reform to promote the separation of teaching and examination. This paper indicated that the separation of teaching and testing play a positive role in enhancement of the education quality, according to the practice working of the separation of teaching and examination of Higher Mathematics in our school. At the same time, this paper summarized the experience and research of the notes in the implementation process of the separation of teaching and testing.
