国家电网公司于2009年推行使用智能电能表,2013年智能电能表国家标准修订新增了部分功能。随着智能电能表在电网中日益庞大应用,智能电能表安全可靠和低功耗运行越显重要。文章从电能表的自身功率消耗入手,对不同电源电路进行分析,采用了宽电压、高可靠性、低功耗线性电源管理IC等设计,提高了电能表的可靠性和性价比,满足了智能电能表国家标准。使每户电能表在非通讯状态下功耗降低到0.4~0.6 W以下,且降低了智能电能表电源部分元器件成本,对节能减排,提高供电企业经济效益具有重要意义。

State Grid published the first specification of Smart Electricity Meter ( SE-meter) in 2009, with some addi -tional functions and features added in 2013.As SE-meter gains more and more popularity over the years , it has be-come increasingly clear that the low power consumption and high reliability are becoming more and more important in the operations of SE-meters.The self-power consumptions of SE-meters and the corresponding power supply circuits have been analyzed in detail in this paper .The designs of wide voltage , high reliability and low-power consumption linear power management IC have been adopted to improve the reliability and cost performance , so as to satisfy the state standard of smart meter.The power consumptions during stand-by mode are reduced to 0.4~0.6 W per SE-meter and the cost of IC in power supply component of smart meter are reduced , which will make great sense for energy sav-ing and emission reduction as well as improve the economic benefit for power supply enterprise .
