房地产开发与管理专业有别于土木工程专业，在《建筑材料》课程教学中要达到预期的教学效果，必须采用合适的教学方法。本文从课堂讲授、视频教学、参观实习、分组竞赛等方面探讨了该课程的教学方法改革，为房地产开发与管理专业《建筑材料》课程的合理教学提供借鉴。

Because the real estate development and management is different from the civil engineering, if the expected teaching effect wants to achieve during the teaching of building materials, the appropriate teaching methods should be employed. In this paper, the teaching reform of building materials course is discussed from a point of view of classroom lectures, video teaching, visit internship and Group competition. It provides the reference to reasonably teach building materials for the speciality of real estate development and management.
