目的:探讨盐酸戊乙奎醚对体外循环(CPB)后IL-6和IL-10的影响。方法:选择ASAⅡ~Ⅲ级择期CPB下行心脏瓣膜置换手术患者40例,随机分为两组(n=20):盐酸戊乙奎醚(P)组和对照(C)组。分别在麻醉诱导后CPB前5min,P组静注PHC 0.1mg/kg,C组静注等量生理盐水。两组分别于麻醉前(T0)、主动脉阻断5 min(T1)、CPB结束(T2)、术后48h(T3)和术后1W(T4)抽血ELISA法测定IL-6和IL-10的浓度。结果:与T0比较,两组在T1~T4两指标均升高;与C组比较,P组的IL-6在T1~T3时下降、IL-10在T1~T4升高(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸戊乙奎醚可减轻CPB后的炎性反应,增强抗炎作用。

목적:탐토염산무을규미대체외순배(CPB)후IL-6화IL-10적영향。방법:선택ASAⅡ~Ⅲ급택기CPB하행심장판막치환수술환자40례,수궤분위량조(n=20):염산무을규미(P)조화대조(C)조。분별재마취유도후CPB전5min,P조정주PHC 0.1mg/kg,C조정주등량생리염수。량조분별우마취전(T0)、주동맥조단5 min(T1)、CPB결속(T2)、술후48h(T3)화술후1W(T4)추혈ELISA법측정IL-6화IL-10적농도。결과:여T0비교,량조재T1~T4량지표균승고;여C조비교,P조적IL-6재T1~T3시하강、IL-10재T1~T4승고(P<0.05)。결론:염산무을규미가감경CPB후적염성반응,증강항염작용。
Objective To investigate the effects of penehyclidine hydrochloride on IL-6 and IL-10 induced by cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) .Methods Forty patients undergoing valve replacement with CPB were randomly divided into two groups(n=20): group PHC and group C. Pnehyclidine hydrochloride 0.1mg/kg was injected intravenously before 5min CPB.Blood samples were colected for IL-6 and IL-10 before CPB (T0),after 5min aorta block(T1),CPB cease(T2)and 48h (T3)and 1w(T4) after the operation .Results The levels of IL-6 was significantly lower and IL-10 was significantly higher in group P at T1~T3 than those in group C(P<0.05). Conclusion Penehyclidine hydrochloride could inhibit inflammatory response induced by cardiopulmonary bypass and may be helpful in preventing the systemic inflammatory response .
