目的：对于冠心病合并2型糖尿病的危险因素以及冠状动脉病变的特点进行分析和研究。方法：搜集整理我院自2011年10月至2013年10月两年间收治的确诊为冠心病的患者478例，其中合并糖尿病的患者有104例，另外374例患者则为非糖尿病的患者，分别对于糖尿病和非糖尿病组的冠心病患者的危险因素以及发病特点进行比较分析。结果：合并糖尿病的冠心病患者高血压、高甘油三酯等疾病的发病率明显高于非合并糖尿病的冠心病患者，其中P<0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论：冠心病合并糖尿病患者危险因素较多，且冠心病的病变更为严重。

목적：대우관심병합병2형당뇨병적위험인소이급관상동맥병변적특점진행분석화연구。방법：수집정리아원자2011년10월지2013년10월량년간수치적학진위관심병적환자478례，기중합병당뇨병적환자유104례，령외374례환자칙위비당뇨병적환자，분별대우당뇨병화비당뇨병조적관심병환자적위험인소이급발병특점진행비교분석。결과：합병당뇨병적관심병환자고혈압、고감유삼지등질병적발병솔명현고우비합병당뇨병적관심병환자，기중P<0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론：관심병합병당뇨병환자위험인소교다，차관심병적병변경위엄중。
Objective: Risk factors for coronary heart disease complicated with type 2 diabetes and coronary artery lesion characteristics analysis and research.Methods: Colected in our hospital from 2011 October to 2013 October were analyzed between the two years of 478 patients diagnosed as coronary heart disease, diabetes melitus patients with 104 cases, the other 374 cases were non diabetes patients, respectively, for the risk factors of diabetic and non-diabetic groups in patients with coronary heart disease and clinical characteristics were compared and analyzed.Results: Diabetic patients with coronary heart disease, hypertension, high triglyceride, disease incidence was significantly higher than that in non diabetic patients with coronary heart disease, in which P<0.05, the difference was statisticaly significant.Conclusion: The more risk factors in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes and coronary heart disease, the disease is more serious.
