目的：分析梗阻性黄疸的致病因素，提高其CT诊断水平。方法收集我院2009年2月到2013年8月55例经手术病理或治疗后复查证实的梗阻性黄疸患者，对其CT表现进行分析。结果胆管结石13例，炎症5例，胆管癌8例，肝癌1例，肝门、胰头后方淋巴结转移癌1例，胰头癌16例，壶腹癌11例。结论 CT检查可明确有无梗阻的存在，确定梗阻部位，进一步行定性诊断。
목적：분석경조성황달적치병인소，제고기CT진단수평。방법수집아원2009년2월도2013년8월55례경수술병리혹치료후복사증실적경조성황달환자，대기CT표현진행분석。결과담관결석13례，염증5례，담관암8례，간암1례，간문、이두후방림파결전이암1례，이두암16례，호복암11례。결론 CT검사가명학유무경조적존재，학정경조부위，진일보행정성진단。
Objective To study the pathogenic factors of obstructive jaundice, improve the level of CT diagnosis.Methods in our hospital from 2009 February to 2013 August 55 cases of obstructive jaundice patients were confirmed by operation and pathology or after treatment, the CT features were analysedResults 13 cases of bile duct stones, inflammation in 5 cases, 8 cases of bile duct carcinoma, 1 cases of liver cancer, hepatic, pancreatic rear lymph node metastasis carcinoma 1 cases, 16 cases of carcinoma of head of pancreas, 11 ampulary cancerConclusion CT scan can clearly without obstruction, determining the site of obstruction, further qualitative diagnosis.
