目的:探讨在新的考试形势下外科护理学在全国护士执业资格考试中的重要性及考题与现行护理高职高专外科护理学教学大纲的一致性。方法:分析2011-2013年全国护士执业考试中外科护理学试题的题量比及试题分布情况。结果:外科护理学考题数平均约占每年总题量的29.2%,考试内容与我校现行外科护理学教学大纲基本一致,试题较多的章节有颅脑疾病、骨与关节疾病、胰腺疾病、胃十二指肠疾病、胸部损伤、胆道疾病、泌尿系统疾病病人的护理等,包含临床背景的综合应用性题逐年增多。结论:现行护理高职高专外科护理学教学大纲基本可行,但在教学中应灵活运用情景式教学模式及案例分析加强护生综合分析能力的培养。

목적:탐토재신적고시형세하외과호이학재전국호사집업자격고시중적중요성급고제여현행호리고직고전외과호이학교학대강적일치성。방법:분석2011-2013년전국호사집업고시중외과호이학시제적제량비급시제분포정황。결과:외과호이학고제수평균약점매년총제량적29.2%,고시내용여아교현행외과호이학교학대강기본일치,시제교다적장절유로뇌질병、골여관절질병、이선질병、위십이지장질병、흉부손상、담도질병、비뇨계통질병병인적호리등,포함림상배경적종합응용성제축년증다。결론:현행호리고직고전외과호이학교학대강기본가행,단재교학중응령활운용정경식교학모식급안례분석가강호생종합분석능력적배양。
Objective:To explored in the new situation the importance of surgical nursing in Chinese licensure examination for nurse,and the consistency between examination questions and surgical nursing syllabus for college nursing students.Methods:Analyzed the test questions quantity and distribution of surgical nursing in Chinese licensure examination for nurse from 2011 to 2013.Result:The average number of surgical nursing examination questions accounted for the total annual amount of 29.2%.It is approximate consistency between examination questions and surgical nursing syllabus for college nursing students,there were more examination questions in those chapter, such as brain diseases,Bone and joint disease,pancreatic disease,gastroduodenal disease,chest injury,biliary tract diseases,urinary system diseases,Contains the clinical background and comprehensive application of questions increasing year by year.Conclusion:Surgical nursing syllabus is feasible,but should to train students’ability of comprehensive analysis using scenarios as teaching mode.
