目的:研究分析在心血管内科临床见习教学中应用以问题为导向的教学方法(problem-based learning,PBL)的效果。方法:选择2009级五年制临床医学专业本科班学生120人,随机分配到实验组与对照组,每组60人,实验组进行以问题为导向的教学方法(problem-based learning,PBL)的临床见习,对照组采用传统的以授课为基础的教学方法(lecture-based learning,LBL)进行讲授教学,进行教学效果比较评估。结果:实验组与对照组进行比较,完全准确率、总准确率明显增高;总满意度明显增高,实验组出科成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在心血管内科的临床教学中应用PBL教学法的实习效果好于传统教学方法。

목적:연구분석재심혈관내과림상견습교학중응용이문제위도향적교학방법(problem-based learning,PBL)적효과。방법:선택2009급오년제림상의학전업본과반학생120인,수궤분배도실험조여대조조,매조60인,실험조진행이문제위도향적교학방법(problem-based learning,PBL)적림상견습,대조조채용전통적이수과위기출적교학방법(lecture-based learning,LBL)진행강수교학,진행교학효과비교평고。결과:실험조여대조조진행비교,완전준학솔、총준학솔명현증고;총만의도명현증고,실험조출과성적명현고우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:재심혈관내과적림상교학중응용PBL교학법적실습효과호우전통교학방법。
Objective:Research and analysis of the effect 0f the problem -based learning teaching method (problem - -based learning, PBL) in the cardiovascular internal medicine clinical probation teaching. Methods: Selecting 120 people fo the fifth medical undergraduate class in the 2009 grade,randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group of 60 people, the experimental group problem-oriented teaching methods (problem-based learning,PBL)clinical trainee the control group using traditional teaching methods (lecture-based learning,LBL) to be taught classes based teaching,to evaluate the teaching effect.Results:The experimental group compared with control group,complete accuracy,the general accuracy obviously increased;Total satisfaction significantly increased,the experimental group is given scores are significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PBL teaching method in teaching practice plays better effect than the traditional teaching methods in the cardiovascular internal medicine clinical application.
