腐蚀缺陷管道剩余寿命预测与结构可靠性计算问题不仅是管道完整性及安全性评价的重要组成部分还是材料界研究重点。该文以灰色理论GM(1,1)模型和传统计算结构可靠度的JC法为基础,使用VB和MATLAB开发腐蚀管道剩余寿命预测及结构可靠性分析计算程序,解决了两个计算程序的接口问题。使MATLAB在数值运算上的强大功能和VB在界面设计上的优势得以综合发挥。程序界面简单、操作方便快捷,且通过实例验证,计算结果较快,数据合理,程序编制准确无误,为腐蚀管道剩余寿命预测、复杂结构可靠性分析和腐蚀检测周期确定提供依据,具有可行性和实用性。

The prediction of remaining life and analysis of plane frame structure displacement reliability pipelines with corrosion defects are not only important parts of pipeline integrality and safety evaluation but also investigation keystone in the material field.Based on the GM(1,1) model of the gray theory and the JC method of the traditional structure reliability analysis method , the remaining life analysis software and the plane frame structure displacement reliability calculation analysis programme on corroded pipelines were developed by using softwares of VB and MATLAB.Aiming at the VB/MATLAB interface issue in the forecasting software,the ActiveX automation technology was used to connect VB with MATLAB,so that the powerful function of MATLAB in image processing and numerical computation and the advantages of VB in the interface design call be integrated.With simple desks ,easy operation and through some examples, the results are proved sound and the program's veracity.The analysis method could provide a basis for the prediction of remaining life,the reliability analysis of complex construction and the inspection cycle of pipelines,and have feasibility and practicality.
