跨界水资源系统是一种耗散结构,而且跨界水资源系统的演化规律具有不确定性,因此跨界水资源系统也是一个模糊的灰色系统。因此,在耗散结构理论和灰色系统理论的基础上,运用已有的灰色关联熵模型,结合跨界水资源系统的有序性分析,建立跨界水资源系统演化方向的判别模型,分析跨界水资源系统演化的方向。并将该模型应用于漳河流域跨界水资源系统的演化评价,分析漳河流域跨界水资源系统的有序度的发展过程,为实现该地区对水量的协调控制提供了依据。

The trans-boundary water resource system is regarded as a dissipative structure. The evolution of trans-boundary water resource system has uncertainty,so the system is a fuzzy grey system. Based on the dissipative structure theory and the gray system theory,the gray relation entropy model is applied to build a discrimination model of the trans-boundary water re-source evolution direction in combination with the order analysis of trans-boundary water resource system. The model has been applied to the evolution evaluation of trans-boundary water resource system in Zhanghe River. The process of the order develop-ment of the trans-boundary water resource system in Zhanghe River was analyzed. A theoretical basis to achieve the coordinated control of the water quantity in the region was provided.
