铁路隧道防灾救援疏散工程是长大隧道的重要保障设施，通信系统核心组成部分，实现隧道外救援中心与隧道现场之间的语音、图像以及数据通信。本文以黔张常铁路晏家堡隧道为例，通过在隧道内设置应急电话、视频监控和应急广播，并结合集成平台技术实现三者之间的联动，建立隧道内和指挥救援中心之间的通信，达到防灾救援通信的目标。

Evacuation engineering for disaster prevention and rescue is an important facility of long railway tunnel.As the core of evacuation engineering,communication system can help exchanging the voice, images and data between the tunnel and rescuing center.This paper proposes an emergency solution taking an example of Yan Jiabao tunnel in Qian Zhangchang Railway. By installing emergency telephone,video surveillance,emergency broadcast and using the technology of integration platform,it can establish communication between the people in tunnel and outside,which achieves the purpose of communication system.
