目的：加强人文关怀理念，提高门诊护理质量，加强门诊护理管理。方法以病人为中心，加强健康宣教，优化服务流程，满足门诊病人的心理需求，提高护士专业素质，加强门诊护士法律知识学习，积极应对工作中的冲突，提高病人的满意度。结果护理工作所关注的不仅仅是病人躯体的疾病，而是对病人生理、心理、社会、文化等全方位的整体关注。结论人文关怀是整体护理的导向，整体护理则是人文精神的具体实践与应用，它不但树立了白衣天使的新形象，同时密切了护患关系，满足了病人的需求，提升了医院形象，为整体护理注入了新的内涵。
