目的：探讨奥曲肽联合普萘洛尔治疗肝硬化消化道出血的效果。方法对我院2011年4月至2012年4月132例肝硬化上消化道出血患者进行治疗分析，并平均分成观察组和对照组，每组各66人；对观察组患者进行奥曲肽联合普萘洛尔治疗，对照组单纯使用奥曲肽治疗，对比分析两组患者疗效。结果观察组患者总有效率达到92.42%，对照组患者总有效率达到77.27%，两组之间对比，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者不良反应6.06%对照组患者不良反应7.58%，两组之间比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论奥曲肽联合普萘洛尔治疗肝硬化上消化道出血具有良好的疗效，能快速止血，减少不良反应，值得在临床上推广应用。
목적：탐토오곡태연합보내락이치료간경화소화도출혈적효과。방법대아원2011년4월지2012년4월132례간경화상소화도출혈환자진행치료분석，병평균분성관찰조화대조조，매조각66인；대관찰조환자진행오곡태연합보내락이치료，대조조단순사용오곡태치료，대비분석량조환자료효。결과관찰조환자총유효솔체도92.42%，대조조환자총유효솔체도77.27%，량조지간대비，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；관찰조환자불량반응6.06%대조조환자불량반응7.58%，량조지간비교차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）。결론오곡태연합보내락이치료간경화상소화도출혈구유량호적료효，능쾌속지혈，감소불량반응，치득재림상상추엄응용。
objective to investigate the treatment of cirrhosis of octreotide propranolol gastrointestinal bleeding effect. Methods on my hospital in april 2011 -2012 april 132 cases of gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with cirrhosis treated analysis, and were divided into observation group and control group, each 66; observation group patients octreotide cape propranolol treatment, the control group were treated using octreotide, comparative analysis of the efifcacy of the two groups of patients. Results The patients with total efifciency of 92.42%, the total efifciency of the control group patients reached 77.27%, compared between the two groups, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P <0.05); undesirable adverse reactions observed in patients of 6.06% in the control group of patients reaction 7.58%, the difference was not statistically signiifcant (P> 0.05) between the two groups.Conclusion Propranolol treatment of cirrhosis octreotide gastrointestinal bleeding with good effect, can quickly stop bleeding, reduce adverse reactions, it is in the clinical application.
