目的：文章讨论了腹腔镜治疗宫外孕的临床护理措施，观察腹腔镜治疗宫外孕临床护理的护理效果。方法从2011年1月到2012年1月我院进行的腹腔镜治疗宫外孕患者中抽取了32例作为本次的研究护理对象，将所选对象分为干预组和对照组，每组各16例。对干预组的患者进行手术前、手术中、手术后的全方位护理；对对照组进行传统的临床护理。观察两组患者在手术过程所用的时间、手术出血量、手术时间的长短、肛门排气时间的长短以及发生并发症的概率。结果干预组发生并发症的概率和患者下地活动时间的长短少于对照组，干预组的治疗效果明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论对于进行了腹腔镜治疗的宫外孕患者进行临床护理干预，其恢复效果好，优点突出，所以可以在临床进行应用。

Objectivethis paper discusses the clinical care measures laparoscopic treatment of ectopic pregnancy , laparoscopic treatment of ectopic pregnancy was observed in clinical nursing care effect .Methods from January 2011 to laparoscopic January 2012 our hospital for treatment of ectopic pregnancy in patients with a sample of 32 cases of nursing object of this study , the selected subjects were divided into intervention group and control group, each 16 cases. Patients in the intervention group before surgery , surgery , comprehensive care after surgery ; to the control group of traditional clinical care . Used during surgery time , blood loss , operative time, length , length of time lfatus were observed , and the probability of complications.Results the intervention group, the probability of the occurrence of complications and the length of patient ambulation time than the control group , the treatment effect was signiifcantly higher in the intervention group , the difference was statistically signiifcant (P <0.05).Conclusion for underwent laparoscopic treatment of ectopic pregnancy in patients with clinical nursing intervention to restore its good effect , highlighting the advantages , so it can be used in clinical practice.
