目的：观察银花三黄愈疡汤在治疗肛瘘术后创面恢复的疗效。方法选取本院肛肠科收治的82例肛瘘术后病例资料，随机分为观察组与对照组各41例，其中观察组采用银花三黄愈疡汤外洗创面，对照组采用生理盐水清洗后用1：5000高锰酸钾溶液坐浴20min治疗，15d/疗程，观察两组患者创面恢复效果。结果在创面皮化开始时间、住院时间及愈合时间方面，观察组时间短于对照组，临床总有效率比较，观察组（90.24%），高于对照组（75.61%），两组疗效对比，具有显著差异性统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论银花三黄愈疡汤在治疗肛瘘术后创面恢复疗效显著，无不良反应，值得临床医师推广应用。
목적：관찰은화삼황유양탕재치료항루술후창면회복적료효。방법선취본원항장과수치적82례항루술후병례자료，수궤분위관찰조여대조조각41례，기중관찰조채용은화삼황유양탕외세창면，대조조채용생리염수청세후용1：5000고맹산갑용액좌욕20min치료，15d/료정，관찰량조환자창면회복효과。결과재창면피화개시시간、주원시간급유합시간방면，관찰조시간단우대조조，림상총유효솔비교，관찰조（90.24%），고우대조조（75.61%），량조료효대비，구유현저차이성통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론은화삼황유양탕재치료항루술후창면회복료효현저，무불량반응，치득림상의사추엄응용。
Objectiveto observe the curative effect of flos lonicerae sanhuang Yuyang decoction in the treatment of anal ifstula wound recovery after operation.MethodsIn our hospital 82 cases of anorectal Hospital after anal ifstula operation patients, randomly divided into observation group and control group with 41 cases in each group, the observation group using Yinhua sanhuang Yuyang decoction and washing the wound, the control group using saline after cleaning with 1:5000 Potassium Permanganate solution bath 20min treatment, 15d/ treatment, two groups were observed in patients with wounds recovery effect.Results in the start time and face, length of hospital stay, and healing time, observation group was shorter than the control group, the clinical total effective rate comparison, observation group (90.24%), higher than that of control group (75.61%), compared two groups of curative effect, with signiifcant difference statistically signiifcant (P< 0.05).Conclusion Yinhua three Huang Yu sores decoction in the treatment of anal ifstula postoperative wound recovered curative effect is distinct, no adverse reactions, worthy of clinical application.
